Stamper Electro Clean & Ultrasonic Work Station 

The P-139 Stamper Electro Clean and Ultrasonic Work Station integrates electro cleaning, chemical soak cleaning, spin jet cleaning, and ultrasonic cleaning in one package.  The RPA Model P-139 includes a spin wash & dry station, wastewater sink, and ultrasonic chemical wash system.  System is PLC controlled and touch screen activated.  The system removes residual contaminations, and non-photoresist on stampers.  Users can select the different stamper cleaning methods to meet all their needs in the electroforming process.  System is constructed from chemical resistant polypropylene.
